About the role

You'll be responsible for the support and growth of our tech forward company by focusing on security and infrastructure. You’ll be building and supporting our core security processes and IT infrastructure. To be successful here, you’ll need experience as an IT, Network, or System admin.

What you'll do

• Provide ongoing help desk support for our team of professionals.
• Secure our infrastructure, network and team by providing security training and bolstering our SOC
• Aid in security audits
• Manage and organize our growing base of endpoints
• Administer our Office 365 environment
• Promote the healthy use of tech org wide and educate end users on how to get the most out of their tools

Qualifications

• 2-3 years managing IT Systems like Office 365
• Prior experience with documenting, testing, and deploying IT systems
• Prior experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• Prior experience implementing XDR, SOC, and SIEM
• Prior experience mitigating security risks
• 2-3 years experience creating/maintaining a cybersecurity policy
