What You'll Expect

As a Table Games Dealer in Training, you’ll learn to operate casino table games like blackjack and poker. You'll gain the skills to handle chips and cards, calculate bets and payouts, and create an exciting guest experience while training in a professional and team-oriented environment.

• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Support classmates and follow instructor guidance.
• Prepare for employment by practicing at home and keeping pace with the course.

What We Require

• Gaming license is required after successful training completion
• Candidates must pass a math test, interview, and live audition
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a loud, high-energy environment
• Exposure to secondhand smoke and weekend/night availability expected

This position is classified as temporary for the duration of the training period. Transition to regular employment is contingent upon successful completion of the training program and is not guaranteed. Further terms will be discussed during the interview process.
