What You'll Expect

The Poker Dealer hosts assigned poker games while delivering a professional, accurate, and engaging guest experience. This role ensures fair play, game security, and compliance with all gaming regulations while maintaining a welcoming casino floor environment.


What You'll Do

  • Deal assigned poker games accurately and professionally in accordance with game rules and gaming regulations
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable guest service, including greeting players and assisting with seating and game information
  • Manage chips, cards, and currency exchanges while maintaining game security and integrity
  • Participate in table drops, count team activities, and shift transitions as required
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all internal controls and New Hampshire cardroom regulations


What You'll Bring

  • Strong working knowledge of poker and ability to successfully complete a dealer audition
  • Professional demeanor with excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail for accurate chip and cash handling
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Willingness to complete required training and maintain licensure


What We Require

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the New Hampshire Lottery Commission
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move throughout the casino floor
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in environments with secondhand smoke and loud noise
  • Tip pooling is optional/voluntary for tipped employees
