What You'll Expect

As a Table Games Dealer in Training, you’ll learn to operate casino table games like blackjack and poker. You'll gain the skills to handle chips and cards, calculate bets and payouts, and create an exciting guest experience while training in a professional and team-oriented environment. Employment after training is not guaranteed. Candidates must pass interview, math exam, and live audition to gain employment.

  • Learn and practice various casino table games
  • Attend and actively participate in all training classes
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Support classmates and follow instructor guidance
  • Prepare for employment by practicing at home and keeping pace with the course
  • Demonstrate readiness through participation, engagement, and attitude

  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Manual dexterity for handling chips, cards, and other game equipment
  • A drive to learn, perform, and exceed expectations


What We Require

  • Gaming license is required after successful training completion
  • Employment is not guaranteed after training — candidates must pass a math test, interview, and live audition
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a loud, high-energy environment
  • Exposure to secondhand smoke and weekend/night availability expected
