What You'll Expect

As a Cage Cashier, you’ll safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and company standards. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining strict confidentiality.

What You'll Do

• Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records
• Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner
• Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances
• Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records
• Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLs
• Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed
• Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory

What You'll Bring

• Previous gaming or banking experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Require

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a gaming license
• Must be able to work in a noisy, smoky environment with some exposure to temperature extremes
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and perform repetitive cash handling tasks
