Experience: more than 1 year of customer service
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
*Appointment scheduling on call after hours and holidays (rotation schedule) also an occasional Saturday (required) 
Skill Level: 
  • Maintain the overall quality and performance standards set forth by GSM Services and its leadership team to provide Comfort & Peace of Mind to our customers and co-workers
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls
  • Make outbound follow up calls for service and sales as needed 
  • Schedule Appointments for service and sales
  • Take and relay phone messages
  • Provide information to customers
  • Greet guest entering our organization
  • Direct customers and co-workers to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from our customers and co-workers
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • 3 Month Happy Calls
  • Assist with after-hours appointment scheduling 
  • Confirming appointments for all divisions as needed

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Possess the ability to read and write English to a High School level
