Summary:

As a Commercial Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Commercial HVAC and Roofing Sales Departments. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring that all customer interactions reflect the high standards set by GSM Services. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate commercial leads for sales representatives.
  • Manage sales representatives' calendars, including site visits and meetings.
  • Set up sold commercial jobs, including managing contracts and permits.
  • Follow up with customers on open quotes through outbound calls.
  • Input and update customer information in company software systems.
  • Provide W9 forms and Certificates of Insurance (COI) to customers upon request.
  • Offer overall support to the sales staff for both Commercial Roofing and HVAC services.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and office administration preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a focus on providing top-quality service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
