Required Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
 
Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of tasks to support the Residential Service Team
  • Primary telephone contact for all Residential customers during the service process: includes updating customer records, setting up appointments, and following up with customers on a variety of issues
  • Coordinates workflow of all appropriate paperwork and phone calls regarding job proposals including confirmation calls
  • Supports leadership and coworkers while maintaining the mission, vision, and beliefs of GSM services
  • Represents the company through telephone customer contact: Answers calls, sets Residential service and repair appointments, and sets annual maintenance or customer warranty service appointments
  • Assist Lead Dispatcher with developing a daily game plan for the division and follows through with designated tasks
  • Assist Lead Dispatcher with dispatching technicians to calls and coordinates their daily service schedules
  • Debriefing technicians at the end of service calls to ensure all forms and parts have been added correctly to the invoices
  • Assist Lead Dispatcher with Coordinating and executing the tracking process for all service calls to ensure customer expectations were met and the customer is satisfied, including arrival times, and will communicate any arrival time discrepancies to the customer
  • Assist Lead Dispatcher with Coordinating and records truck restocking, as well as the pickup of filters and parts
  • Creates service tickets and necessary purchase orders for parts needed on all service calls
  • Processes payroll for service technicians and ensures they are accurate and complete (as needed)
  • Meets with Residential Service Manager daily for one hour to develop strategies and manipulate processes based on customer and technician feedback
  • Records notes of all division meetings and ensures the appropriate information is disseminated to all appropriate coworkers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of customer service principal and practices
  • Skill in operating personal computers and programs such as scheduling, spreadsheet, database, and word processing software. 
  • Skill in verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to read and write at High School Level
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
