What You’ll Do:

As a Comfort and Energy Advisor, you'll help homeowners achieve comfort, efficiency, and energy savings. Your responsibilities include:

• Selling top-notch services like HVAC replacements, indoor air quality solutions, duct repairs, crawlspace upgrades, whole-home generators, and more.
• Collaborating with customers to propose tailored solutions for their energy and comfort needs.
• Building and maintaining a full installation schedule.
• Living by GSM Services’ Core Values and providing unparalleled customer service.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Engage with customers Monday–Saturday (7:30 AM–8:00 PM), providing consultations and tailored recommendations.
• Tackle emergencies as needed, demonstrating a proactive attitude.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills—you’ll be interacting with customers and internal teams daily.
• Strong computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with dispatch systems is a plus!
• A team player who’s courteous, solution-driven, and always eager to learn.
