What You'll Do

In this essential front-line role, you'll be the voice and face of GSM Services, ensuring smooth communication, accurate scheduling, and a warm welcome for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Make outbound follow-up calls for service and sales
  • Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple departments
  • Greet visitors and ensure they’re directed to the right destination
  • Handle general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prepare correspondence and organize incoming mail and deliveries
  • Perform 3-month “Happy Calls” and service confirmation follow-ups
  • Maintain security awareness by monitoring visitor access
  • Support the team with ongoing communication and customer service needs

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and professional personal presentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly under pressure
  • High reliability, initiative, and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to read and write English at a high school level

Working Hours

  • Training Period (First 90 Days):
    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office)
  • Regular Schedule After Training:
    • Monday & Tuesday – Off
    • Wednesday to Friday – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Onsite)
    • Saturday – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Remote)
    • Sunday – 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Remote)
