About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapist with a strong background in strength and conditioning to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about bridging rehabilitation and performance, helping patients and athletes safely return to high-level function through evidence-based treatment and progressive strength training.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation and strength-based programs
- Integrate progressive resistance training, movement analysis, and performance principles into treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, proper movement mechanics, and long-term strength strategies
- The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to work with athletes in the training rooms of our affiliated colleges, integrating rehabilitation and performance-based care
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Strong background in strength training and performance-based rehabilitation
- Strength & Conditioning certification preferred (CSCS, or equivalent)
- Experience working with athletes and active populations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered mindset

The pay range for this role is:
95,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Redwood PT and Clinic)
