About the role

We are looking to expand our team with a dynamic and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our fast-paced and expanding Partnership Development Team. This is a hybrid role based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.


What you'll do
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying hotels within specific regions, as well as uncovering executive-level contacts at those hotels to facilitate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional research skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in using pivot tables and data analysis to uncover valuable leads. This role is essential to driving The Guestbook's expansion and achieving new business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Qualification: Identify and qualify hotels in target regions that align with The Guestbook’s partnership criteria. Focus on uncovering decision-makers and hotels that can benefit from our program.
  • Executive Contact Discovery: Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, hotel websites, and other databases to discover relevant executive-level contacts (e.g., General Managers, Directors of Sales, Revenue Managers) at target hotels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools, to analyze trends, and generate reports that inform outreach strategies and decision-making.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed lead information, including contact status and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Partnership Development Team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, as well as contributing to broader strategy development for lead generation and outreach.
  • Efficiency & Accuracy: Consistently complete all assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed, ensuring productivity standards are met or exceeded. Demonstrated ability to meticulously manage data and execute tasks with a keen eye for detail.


Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or tech industries.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel, with advanced knowledge of pivot tables, complex formulas, data filtering, and visualizing insights.
  • Strong Research Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to identify and qualify hotel leads.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in managing data and maintaining organized records that support outreach efforts and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry, with an understanding of the hotel booking landscape and its decision-making processes.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and other research platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot) to track, manage, and report on leads is a plus but not required,
