Position Summary
The Regional / Senior Community Association Manager (CAM) serves in a dual capacity: providing direct management for a small, selected portfolio of associations while also overseeing and mentoring a portfolio of managers. This leadership role ensures operational consistency, statutory compliance, financial accountability, and exceptional service delivery across all managed communities.
This position is ideal for an experienced CAM who excels in both hands-on community management and team leadership, with a strong command of Florida statutes, governance best practices, and performance standards.

Require Qualifications
Licensing & Education
Experience
· Minimum of ten (10) years of community association management experience in Florida.
· Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory, regional, senior, or management role overseeing CAMs or operational staff.
· Demonstrated experience managing complex portfolios, including condominiums, HOAs, and multi-association structures.
Technical & Industry Knowledge

· Proven ability to lead, mentor, and evaluate CAMs in a performance-driven environment.
· Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
