Field Inspector – Part Time

Location: Southern Region of Florida (Charlotte & Lee Counties, including Sanibel Island)
Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Job Summary:

The Field Inspector is responsible for evaluating properties to ensure they meet company standards for safety, functionality, and appearance. This includes conducting inspections (move-in, move-out, renewal, and 90-day), performing minor repairs, and reporting major issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections in both vacation rental and annual rental properties, including but not limited to departure, back-to-back, and pre-arrival inspections, as well as move-in, move-out, renewal, and periodic inspections
• Address minor maintenance issues, report major concerns
• Ensure properties meet company standards
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License in good standing.
• Experience in property inspection preferred.
• Proficiency with mobile technology (laptops, tablets, smartphones).
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
