We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Data Validation Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and validating data in our systems. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring that information is readily available for analysis and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
*Input data into databases and information systems accurately and efficiently.
*Review and validate data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
*Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data.
*Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
*Generate reports as required and assist in data analysis.
*Follow data management protocols and best practices to ensure data security and confidentiality.
*Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and improve data quality.
*Assist in training new staff on data entry and validation procedures as needed.
*Perform regular audits of data to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.
*Proven experience in data entry, data validation, or a similar role.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
The pay range for this role is:
30.10 - 35.90 USD per hour (Remote (Cheyenne, Wyoming, US))
