We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager with experience in Enterprise AI use cases and infrastructure. This strategic position has the potential to shape Hammerspace’s strategy to capitalize on the biggest platform shift since cloud and help drive exponential revenue growth in the years ahead.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the creation of compelling, technically accurate, and customer-centric content that speaks directly to Enterprise AI teams and IT infrastructure leaders.
You will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategy for Hammerspace’s AI solutions across industries and use cases, creating differentiated messaging and content, and driving integrated campaigns that generate demand and accelerate pipeline velocity.
This role will serve as a critical link between product management, sales, and marketing, driving thought leadership, enabling the sales team, and crafting joint messaging with our strategic technology partners.

Key Responsibilities
● Content Development: Create industry- and use case-specific content including solution briefs, white papers, customer stories, and presentations that articulate the value of Hammerspace in real-world scenarios.
● Campaign Enablement: Collaborate with demand generation and sales to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting key personas and verticals.
● Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine messaging frameworks that clearly differentiate Hammerspace in the file and object storage market.
● Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform messaging, content strategy, and field enablement.
● Voice of the Customer: Translate complex technology into compelling narratives in the voice of our customers – IT infrastructure and research computing leaders.
● Sales Enablement: Create tools and training to help sales effectively communicate our value proposition and close business.
Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience in product marketing for enterprise IT or infrastructure companies,
● Experience and expertise in AI use cases and infrastructure, including a deep understanding of AI data pipelines, GPU computing infrastructure, and NVIDIA’s Enterprise AI portfolio
● Knowledge of file and object storage, distributed storage architectures, and the broader unstructured data ecosystem.
● Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content that resonates with technical buyers and decision-makers.
● Proven experience collaborating with technology partners on joint go-to-market initiatives.
● Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
● Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and outbound channels.
● Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
● Familiarity with cloud-native, hybrid cloud, or multi-cloud architectures.
● Previous experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000-150,000. Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations. In addition, Hammerspace offers a broad range of health plans for medical, dental, vision, life and disability. We also offer 401k plans and flexible time off.
