The Senior Manager, Partnerships plays a key role in driving annually recurring revenue by identifying, cultivating, and securing high-value partnerships. The goal is to create mutually beneficial relationships that lead to sustainable growth for our clients, partners, and the company. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and proactive prospecting to successfully navigate the business development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from both cold prospects and existing clients. Conduct proactive outreach with urgency, tailoring messaging to engage key decision-makers.
  • Lead Response & Sales: Engage high-potential contacts with compelling messaging and respond promptly to inquiries. Guide prospects through discovery, deliver tailored pitches, and negotiate deals that create win-win scenarios.
  • Deal Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, track deal details, set realistic close dates, and ensure CRM data is accurate. Execute sales experiments to test new approaches, pricing, and packaging, and share insights to accelerate growth.
  • Collaboration & Conference Participation: Work with the Product team to align with partner expectations, involving Product Managers in key calls. Represent the company at conferences to network, generate leads, and meet clients.

Skills & Experience:

  • Business Development & Partnerships: Proven success securing seven-figure referral, reseller, or integration partnerships in high-growth B2B SaaS or professional services. Demonstrated ability to exceed quotas and a strong understanding of SaaS products.
  • Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Expertise in analyzing contracts, identifying risks, and structuring complex deals to benefit all parties involved.
  • Industry Knowledge & Network: Established network of attorneys, accountants, bookkeepers, and B2B SaaS professionals. Knowledge of entity, licensing, tax, and records management services is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Compensation: 

Harbor Compliance’s base salary range for this role is listed below. Compensation at the time of offer is based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of Harbor Compliance’s total compensation package. Other benefits may include health benefits, flexible paid time off, parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k), and educational reimbursement. Note that the salary range and benefits apply only to U.S.-based candidates.


Harbor Compliance base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:

(Salary range $130,000 - $170,000 USD). Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
