The Corporate Account Executive is a high-impact sales professional dedicated to driving annual recurring revenue through the full sales cycle. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, securing high-value partnerships, and expanding existing client relationships through proactive engagement. By mastering our sales methodology and delivering compelling, solution-oriented pitches, the Account Executive ensures sustainable business growth and provides exceptional value to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing win-win deal terms.
  • Generate at least 840,000 in annual recurring revenue through consistent execution of the sales process.
  • Drive pipeline health by generating approximately 22 new deals per month.
  • Execute daily outreach strategies. Provide timely and high-quality responses to assigned leads, ensuring a comprehensive contact strategy within established service levels.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity, documenting all client interactions, associate contacts, and strategic deal notes to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Deliver precise bi-weekly revenue forecasts with a target accuracy of greater than 90 percent.
  • Conduct market intelligence gathering and participate in revenue experiments to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas in a professional environment.
  • Extensive experience managing complex sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, and objection handling.
  • Direct experience utilizing a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipelines and log all sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct high-volume outreach with urgency and professional persistence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deal priorities and maintain precise follow-up schedules.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to represent the organization at industry conferences and client meetings.
  • Exceptional professional communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and plain-language explanations of complex topics.
  • A disciplined work ethic and the ability to adapt to changing market requirements or internal process refinements.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in using SPICED or similar sales discovery frameworks to uncover client needs.
  • Strategic ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable feedback to product and leadership teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to handle referrals and honor channel agreements.
  • Mastery of leveraging sales enablement materials to customize presentations for diverse prospect profiles.

Compensation: 

Compensation at the time of offer is based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of Harbor Compliance’s total compensation package. Other benefits may include health benefits, flexible paid time off, parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k), and educational reimbursement. Note that the salary range and benefits apply only to U.S.-based candidates.

65,000 - 75,048 USD per year (US National)
