About the Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is a results-driven leader responsible for accelerating transactional revenue and scaling our inbound pipeline through rigorous conversion rate optimization and demand generation. This role focuses on enhancing the user journey by removing friction from ecommerce paths and creating high-performing, content-driven funnels that turn visitors into loyal customers. As a key driver of growth, you will design and execute experiments that refine our self-serve motions and ensure every digital touchpoint delivers maximum value and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of quarterly and annual ecommerce revenue targets by optimizing self-serve conversion paths from initial page visit to completed order.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive testing roadmap to drive incremental transactional revenue through A/B and multivariate experimentation across high-impact pages.
  • Scale qualified inbound pipeline by developing demand generation programs, including SEO-optimized entry points, gated content, and campaign-specific landing pages.
  • Enhance funnel velocity by optimizing user experience and conversion rates beyond the first click, specifically targeting lead to sales-ready lead transitions.
  • Launch and manage multi-channel demand campaigns from initial planning through to advanced performance reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts to refine messaging and ensure marketing programs align with pipeline objectives in a sales-assisted environment.
  • Drive the re-engagement of stalled leads through automated nurture programs and targeted lifecycle journeys to maximize existing database value.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for data-driven decision-making, using web analytics to communicate campaign performance and actionable insights to the broader organization.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in designing and launching successful demand generation and inbound programs.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in a high-growth environment, ideally within organizations generating 50 million to 100 million in annual revenue.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize complex campaigns using marketing automation systems and CRM platforms.
  • Technical mastery of web analytics tools, such as GA4 or HubSpot reporting, to measure and report on full-funnel performance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ecommerce conversion principles and the mechanics of digital purchase funnels.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills specifically tailored for high-conversion demand campaigns and user paths.
  • Experience navigating and optimizing the intersection of self-serve acquisition and sales-assisted growth motions.
  • Ability to identify root causes of funnel friction and implement pragmatic, realistic solutions that improve user flow and revenue outcomes.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Advanced understanding of SEO-informed content strategies and their role in lead acquisition.
  • Practical knowledge of conversion-focused UX principles and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) concepts and their application in B2B service environments.
  • Experience managing marketing initiatives within regulated industries or complex service offerings.
