What you'll do
In this role, you will own a specific product area and work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch.
You will be responsible for deeply understanding your users’ needs and pain points and bringing together different functional areas (technical, business, research and design) to imagine and launch new products
You will own and manage the product roadmap for your product area, making thoughtful trade-off decisions between what features to prioritize and what to put on the back burner
You will work cross functionally with product design, engineering, data science, marketing and customer success to
You will partner with research to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to better understand our customers’ problems and pain points
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of experience in product management
3 years of experience building and shipping B2B and/or B2C products
You are able to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
You have successfully launched multiple products, and were responsible for driving the product development process from ideation to execution
You excel in taking products 0 to 1 and have successfully shipped features that provide meaningful value to users
You are self motivated and action-oriented and have a track record of getting things done
You are user and customer obsessed and have previously partnered with product designers and user researchers to conduct research to understand users’ needs and pain points
You are a strong cross-functional collaborator and thrive in team settings
You are analytically minded and use data to solve problems and explore new solutions
You have at least 1-2 years of startup experience and enjoy navigating ambiguous problem spaces
You have at least 1-2 years of Growth experience, have successfully built out funnels on a mature SaaS product; you are intricately familiar with product lead growth practices and strategies
You have 1-2 years of consumer product experience at-scale
You write great PRDs and wireframes and enjoy working with engineers and product designers to solicit feedback
You have strong PM fundamentals including product hypothesis testing, JTBD frameworks, lean ux practices including rapid prototyping and strategic problem solving
You are mission driven and want to align your work with social impact
$155,000 - $200,000 a year
This position requires candidates to be located and legally authorized to work in the United States. Starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experiences, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The current salary range for this position is $155,000-$200,000 USD per year.
