Role Overview

• Checking dental patients in for appointments
• Insurance verification
• Answering patient phone calls and directing communications

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all patients, staff, and visitors of the health center
• Collecting payment for services provided
• Appointment verification and reminders
• Ensuring patients have their questions answered
• Facilitating any patient correspondences

Requirements

• We will train the right person, no healthcare experience needed!
• A positive attitude
• A self-starter
• Customer service experience is a bonus but not a requirement
