Role Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all help desk requests, providing timely support for hardware, software and network issues across the organization.
- Manage, maintain and troubleshoot all physical hardware, including desktops, telephones, laptops, servers, printers, copiers, scanners and network equipment.
- Maintain stock of regularly used computer equipment appropriate for onboarding new staff and backup to maintain operations.
- Coordinate with Director of Quality and Risk for key performance indicator monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- IT help desk experience preferred, but not required
- a positive and can-do attitude
- experience with Microsoft 365
- experience with hardware technical support.

Compensation
- Starting at $50,000-$65,000
