Welcome to Harvest Christian Fellowship, a vibrant, non-denominational church founded in 1973 by Pastor Greg Laurie in Riverside, California. For over five decades, our mission has been simple yet profound: Knowing God and Making Him Known. We are a community of believers dedicated to fostering a deep relationship with Jesus Christ and sharing His love with the world.

Our Story

Harvest began humbly as a Bible study led by a young Greg Laurie during the Jesus People movement of the late 1960s. What started in a small gathering has grown into a multi-campus ministry with locations in Riverside, Orange County, and Maui. Today, with a weekly attendance of over 9,000 people, Harvest remains committed to biblical teaching, authentic worship, and meaningful fellowship.

In 1990, Pastor Greg launched the Harvest Crusades, a large-scale evangelistic event that has reached millions with the Gospel.

Job Summary

A passionate kids’ ministry coordinator of operations for the Harvest Kids program at their respective campus. They work closely with the HK Campus Lead, communicating with them regularly to maintain vision implementation and reach set goals. This position is one of servant-heartedness, supporting each member of the HK staff, volunteer team, and our families with their operational needs.  This role is vital to keeping HK operational through various responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinating with other church departments by submitting requests, purchase orders and maintaining relationships. 
• Anchoring our office by being present and available, as much as possible, during normal office hours.
• Organizes preparations for weekly services and events.
• Gather, organize and shares data for use in keeping records, measuring growth and technical operations.
• Process offerings and other income.
• Caring for our physical spaces.
• Being present for all major services and available to assist with other services as needed.
• Maintain department calendar.
• Cooperate with the Operations Coordinator at Harvest OC.
• Being present for HK and Next Gen staff meetings and events.
• Leadership Qualities and Character: Devoted to Christ, agrees with Harvest’s Statement of Faith, organized, reliable, trustworthy, servant’s heart, communicative, peacemaker, motivated, hospitable, loving, and a team player.
• Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change at any time.
• Must be 18 years old or older to apply.
• Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday.
• Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00.
