Havenly, Inc.

Associate, Performance Marketing

Are you ready to make a significant impact by scaling our best-in-class home brands to new heights? Havenly is searching for an Associate, Performance Marketing to manage the execution and optimization of customer acquisition and retention campaigns across paid digital media for our portfolio of brands.

Reporting to our Performance Marketing Manager, our ideal candidate will bring hands-on keyboard expertise in SEM and other digital channels, a passion for the performance marketing landscape, and a strong understanding of the different parts of the marketing funnel. Our ideal candidate will take a data-driven, AI-native approach to the role. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of a family of home brands.

What you'll do:

  • Manage day-to-day execution and tracking of paid channels (e.g., paid search, Performance Max, YouTube) to drive performance, leveraging AI tools to optimize bandwidth
  • Support and develop a testing roadmap in partnership with the Manager across Google Ads and other PPC channels including display
  • Run AI-assisted analyses across consumer datasets to extract actionable channel insights
  • Closely monitor performance trends and proactively recommend shifts in bid strategy, targeting, and budgets
  • Collaborate closely with Brand and Creative teams on campaign creative — the brand team owns creative briefs, and you'll be a key partner in ensuring campaigns are well-briefed, on-brand, and refreshed at a regular cadence
  • Deliver consistent campaign-level reporting and regularly share learnings with the broader team
  • Help manage relationships with platform-side vendors
  • Adopt and deploy AI resources and best practices across team use cases and processes

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced digital performance marketing role with a focus on Google Ads (Facebook Ads and other PPC platforms a plus)
  • Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Brand and Non-Brand search and Performance Max campaigns for consumer retail brands
  • Proven ability to test, analyze, and iterate on campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and keyword lists
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for processing datasets and text-based workflows, plus familiarity with AI features across ad platforms
  • Comfort processing and leveraging data from tools such as GA4, Looker, and Rockerbox
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, reliable performance insights to stakeholders
  • Preference for candidates with agency and/or DTC e-commerce experience

About You:

  • A critical thinker who can zoom in and out of problems based on business context
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization instincts — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative, with strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams
  • Curious about emerging marketing technologies and how they can drive optimization and automation
  • A proactive self-starter committed to continued learning in an ever-evolving field
  • Confident analyzing and acting on marketing data
  • A strategic risk-taker who is excited to evaluate new opportunities for growth
