Havenly, Inc.

Product Manager, Operations

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Operations to own the systems and outcomes that power the back-office engine of Havenly Brands. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer experience—ensuring that the platforms connecting our supply chain, accounting, and support functions run effectively and deliver measurable business results.

NetSuite is the ERP at the core of our integrations, connecting systems from eCommerce all the way through manufacturing, freight, warehousing, fulfillment, and accounting. You’ll work with a team of developers to ensure these systems operate as a seamless, reliable backbone for the business.

This is not a project management role. You will own outcomes: cost-efficient operations, high-quality inventory data, issue-free order fulfillment, and accurate financials that the accounting team can audit and close with confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Own operational outcomes across supply chain, fulfillment, accounting, and customer support systems—measured by cost efficiency, data accuracy, and customer experience quality.
  • Drive the product roadmap for back-office systems and integrations, with NetSuite at the center, prioritizing ruthlessly based on business impact.
  • Ensure inventory data is accurate, timely, and trustworthy across all channels and systems.
  • Partner with the accounting team to deliver clean, auditable financial data that supports monthly and quarterly close processes.
  • Identify and eliminate friction in the order-to-fulfillment pipeline so customers receive a seamless, issue-free experience.
  • Work directly with a development team to scope, prioritize, and ship solutions—translating operational needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Use AI tools and approaches natively in your daily workflow—from analysis and documentation to process automation and decision support.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in product management, operations, or systems roles with a strong track record of owning business outcomes (not just shipping features).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) and operational technology—supply chain, warehousing/fulfillment, or financial systems.
  • A systems thinker who understands how data flows across platforms and can diagnose where integrations break down.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and customer support teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action—you define the problem, rally the team, and drive to resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills; you make decisions grounded in data and define success with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Strong ability to use technology to access and manipulate data to drive decision making.
  • AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools in your work and are excited to push the boundaries of what’s possible with emerging technologies.

Why Havenly Brands

We believe the best operations are invisible to the customer—everything just works. If you’re energized by making complex systems simple, by owning outcomes end to end, and by working at a company where AI isn’t a buzzword but a daily tool, we’d love to hear from you.

At Havenly Brands, you’ll have every opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies as part of how we build, operate, and innovate. We’re looking for people who don’t just adopt new tools—they seek them out.
