About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Addison, Texas, to share in our international growth and help build lasting client relationships that make a real impact. The role focuses on identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Critical success factors include a strong customer focus, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships with clients globally.

Key responsibilities

·         Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key markets

·         Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both domestic and international customers through exemplary customer service

·         Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver the very best for our customers

·         Achieve and exceed revenue targets

·         Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded

·         Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency

·         Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives as required

Qualifications/Experience

·         Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

·         Experience in or a genuine enthusiasm for international sales or business development

·         Strong negotiation, persuasion, and cross-cultural communication skills

·         Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to intermediate standard

·         High attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage client information and sales data

·         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

·         Self-motivated with a proactive, “can-do” attitude

·         Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and dynamic business environments

·         Previous experience in B2B sales or relevant industry experience preferred
