Position Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments to support production and customer delivery requirements. This role ensures all shipments are accurate, timely, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

In addition, this position supports inventory control, office coordination, and overall operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, detail oriented environment and enjoys being a key part of daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Logistics

Prepare, package, and ship customer orders in accordance with company and regulatory requirements

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers

Generate and maintain shipping documentation including packing lists, labels, and commercial invoices

Scan and retain all required packing slip documentation

Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or logistics issues

Support RMA processing and returns management


Inventory Management

Receive and inspect incoming materials and components for accuracy and quality

Perform inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management systems

Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts

Organize and maintain warehouse and stockroom areas


Office Coordination & Support

Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory of office and kitchen items

Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and front office coordination

Maintain a clean, organized office environment including conference rooms and shared spaces


Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


Preferred

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory management

Experience working in aerospace or regulated environments

Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems

The pay range for this role is:

22 - 25 USD per hour (kirkland)
