The HR Generalist supports and executes a range of core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, total compensation, employee relations, compliance, and training. This role will collaborate closely with company leadership and our Fractional HR Partner to align HR practices with HealthBar’s mission and operational goals. The ideal candidate will balance daily HR execution with a strategic understanding of people operations in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment.

The pay range for this role is:

28,000 - 35,000 USD per year (HealthBar Headquarters- Grand Rapids)
