As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the Healthcare Partnership Program, you will be embedded within a business to provide direct patient care to employees and their families. This role focuses on preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and addressing urgent health needs. You will work autonomously, collaborate with HealthBar’s broader healthcare team, and contribute to enhancing employee well-being through proactive health services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Offer preventive care services such as health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness counseling.
  • Perform medical exams, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as necessary.
  • Educate employees on lifestyle changes, stress management, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with the business to create customized wellness initiatives that improve the overall health of the workforce.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
This position is a 0.6 FTE (3 days each week)
