What You’ll Do

As a full-time Junior Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in promoting our products and services while building lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals, organizations, and clients in your territory. .
    • Provide outstanding customer service and tailored solutions.
  2. Product Expertise:
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including mobility aids and daily living solutions.
    • Conduct tailored product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits.
  3. Client Support:
    • Assist clients in accessing funding programs such as the Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) Program.
    • As a trusted adviser, guide clients to the right solutions with expert advice and support.
  4. Sales & Reporting:
    • Identify new sales opportunities and meet or exceed targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using our CRM system (Hubspot, Oracle Netsuite).
  5. Continuous Learning & Collaboration:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and funding programs
    • Work closely with your manager and colleagues to share insights, improve strategies, and foster a supportive team culture.
    • Work with your team to share insights and participate in trade shows, product launches, and events.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, or other relevant social or medical sciences field is an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
  • Availability for frequent travel within the province, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset but not required—your attitude and potential matter most.
