Sr Product Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Product Analyst is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting and improving HealthLink Dimensions’ data and activation products through analysis, reporting, documentation, and internal enablement. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure data products, analytics, and reporting tools are accurate, well-documented, and effectively supported across the organization.

This position does not own product strategy, roadmaps, or people leadership. Instead, it focuses on hands-on analysis, data validation, reporting, and operational support to enable consistent product delivery and internal alignment across Sales, Client Experience, Marketing Data, and Engineering teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Interface with data suppliers to evaluate the quality and data they can add to our product
  • Support execution and ongoing improvement of existing healthcare data and engagement products
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting using Tableau or equivalent analytics platforms
  • Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data used for internal reporting and client deliverables
  • Support internal enablement by developing documentation, training materials, and reference guides for data and programmatic products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Experience, Marketing Data, and Engineering to support accurate product usage and delivery
  • Assist with product configuration, testing, and quality assurance for data workflows and reporting outputs
  • Provide analytical and technical support to client-facing teams, including explanation of data logic and metrics as needed
  • Identify data issues, process gaps, or inefficiencies and recommend practical, execution-focused improvements

SKILLS

·        Hands-on experience with Tableau (or equivalent BI/analytics platform) for data visualization and reporting

·        Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, extraction, and manipulation

·        Experience working in or with data companies, especially in healthcare, pharma, or digital marketing is preferred

·        Understanding of programmatic and social media industry concepts and trends preferred

·        Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset

·        Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

·        Ability to educate and communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels

·        Awareness of relevant regulatory standards for marketing communication

·        Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

·        Self-motivation and desire to continuously learn and adapt

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor’s degree in analytics, engineering, marketing, or related field

·        3+ years in data management or analytics, or programmatic marketing

·        3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL

·        Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital marketing industry preferred

·        Demonstrated success in working with teams on developing and launching data-driven products
