
HealthLink Dimensions is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and grow existing accounts, primarily focusing on agencies and advertising platforms within the programmatic advertising ecosystem. The company provides verified healthcare provider data to enable precise targeting for programmatic and omnichannel campaigns. The Account Manager will play a critical role in delivering seamless performance and exceptional customer service, ensuring open and transparent communication with clients and internal departments.
· Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
· Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for account growth, especially with agencies and programmatic platforms.
· Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to HealthLink Dimensions’ programmatic data sets and go-to-market strategy.
· Oversee customer account management, including budget management, cost explanations, negotiations, and contract terms.
· Ensure timely and successful delivery of HealthLink Dimensions’ solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
· Identify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
· Work with sales and client experience teams to achieve quotas while maintaining high client satisfaction.
· Prepare reports on account status and maintain familiarity with all products and services offered by the company.
· Stay informed about key competitors to effectively communicate HealthLink Dimensions’ value proposition.
· Strong active listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
· Ability to develop robust client relationships.

· Critical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
· Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field).
· Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or similar role (Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager).
· Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
· Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and digital advertising industry.
· Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
· Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
