Position Overview: HealthSnap is seeking a Content Strategist. The ideal candidate will develop go-to-market (GTM) content and amplification plans that execute against the marketing strategy and drive revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience creating and optimizing lead generation content for web, email and social media that propels the brand and business forward and enjoys being part of a collaborative team with a strong sense of purpose.


Key Responsibilities / What you’ll be doing:

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing / sales / product team to create and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns content across channels, outlines the right messages for our target audiences, and supports our broader organizational goals. 

  • Content audits and ideation: Evaluate existing content, identify gaps, and propose fresh ideas that address customer pain points by role and journey stage.

  • Content creation and optimization: Write SEO-friendly, engaging content across channels and optimize existing materials to improve performance.

  • Campaign execution: Collaborate with a team to develop lead generation content (white papers, case studies, social media, digital ads, blogs, email drip) and transform complex topics into storytelling narratives that support brand guidelines (tone of voice, messaging strategy, etc.).

  • Client collaboration: Help define messaging strategies and serve as a subject matter expert, deeply understanding products and positioning.

  • Presentations and feedback: Present ideas confidently based on aligning with approved brief; adapt work based on feedback (develop feedback loop between sales / marketing / product)

  • Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines and organizational standards for accuracy, privacy, and sensitivity. 

  • Develop a pipeline of content from across the organization: Plug the right stories into the right channels and outlets to meet our objectives and maximize reach and impact

  • Editorial Calendar: Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience creating content strategies from scratch for B2B companies.

  • 5-7 years experience creating content calendars and writing keyword-driven article briefs that tie into content strategy.

  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill technical content into engaging copy.

  • Strong digital background with experience in SEO, SEM, and marketing automation.

  • Experience working with Wordpress, Hubspot and Wrike preferred.

  • Experience working with hospitals and health systems is required.

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
