Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all company products, services, and processes meet internal and external quality standards. This role involves supporting the implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance processes and policies. The coordinator will work with various departments to maintain quality standards, resolve quality issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
●Quality Monitoring and Reporting:
○ Complete day-to-day activities related to the QA process, ensuring all procedures meet required quality standards.
○ Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
○ Conduct quality audits and inspections, documenting findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
●Policy and Process Development:
○ Assist in the development and implementation of QA processes, procedures, and standards in collaboration with the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance.
oEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
●Continuous Improvement:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, clinical, etc.) to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
○ Assist with implementation of quality improvement initiatives and assist with root cause analysis of quality issues.
○ Assist with tracking corrective actions and process improvements to measure their impact.
●Training and Support:
○ Provide training and support to staff on QA standards, tools, and techniques.
○ Serve as a resource for quality-related inquiries and ensure staff is aware of Standard Operating Procedures.
● Documentation and Compliance:
○ Maintain accurate and detailed records of QA processes, reports, and audit findings.
○ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
○ Coordinate external and ensure timely resolution of any issues identified.
●Communication and Coordination:
○ Communicate quality standards and procedures across the organization.
○ Ensure that financial processes adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
○ Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of quality goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
●Education:
○ LPN/LVN or Registered Nurse.
○ Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree is a plus.
●Experience:
○ 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, audit tools, and compliance in
healthcare.
○ Experience with quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and
conducting audits.
●Skills:
○ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
○ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
○ Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement
methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
○ Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality assurance tools.
Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
