Position Description


We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead our strategic marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies, collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing paid campaigns, using analytics to drive decisions, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Your expertise in marketing automation, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial in optimizing our marketing efforts. If you have a strong background in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment and are a skilled leader, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities Include


  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.

  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and influencers.

  • Conduct market and customer research.

  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.

  • Measure and report on campaign success using key metrics.

  • Resolve challenges within the demand generation process.

  • Provide team training and support on best practices and tools.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field in a B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience in demand generation through paid campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience managing teams and career development.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.

Compensation Detail

Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
