Position Overview: HealthSnap is seeking a talented Marketing Operations & Digital Manager and will play a crucial role in all marketing and sales efforts. This role will own the HubSpot instance, ensuring it is configured optimally based on developed business requirements and aligned with the mar-tech stack. This role will work cross-company to support and maintain the platform as business needs evolve and campaigns are brought to life.


Key Responsibilities / What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot platform, including setting up workflows, templates, and data integrations to support marketing and functions.
  • Analyze data within HubSpot and generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer journey processes.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, lead scoring models, and testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain data hygiene within HubSpot by regularly auditing, cleaning, and segmenting the database to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Train team members on HubSpot features, best practices, and reporting tools; act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support requests.
  • Collaborate with marketers and cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing plans based on marketing and business objectives to effectively reach and engage our target audiences. 
  • Develop an array of digital programs and tactics, leveraging events, tradeshows, display ads and SEO/SEM to build brand awareness, promote thought leadership, and generate leads and cross-sell opportunities. Track record of managing paid search, paid social and display advertising programs to a profitable ROI.
  • Lead the development and updates to the website, including strategy, content and engagement reporting. 
  • Partner with creative to ensure visual design and layouts of websites and communications are consistent with branding guidelines and optimized for engagement.
  • Develop A-B tests, track and analyze tactics, and adjust as necessary to gain the widest engagement across target audiences. Ensure marketing outreach and engagement results are captured in the company’s marketing automation and CRM platforms. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in a B2B digital marketing role implementing marketing automation systems, managing website design and development, and developing campaigns utilizing digital marketing, SEO/SEM and social media. Hubspot certification(s) preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in data visualization and reporting within HubSpot, Salesforce, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in setting up workflows, integrations, and other automation tools within HubSpot. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and data discrepancies.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
