With over 10,000 customers, Hearth is a vertical SaaS platform powered by a financial services layer that is currently powering billions in home improvement projects. We are growing, profitable in our base case, and are working to disrupt a fragmented, underserved, $600B market.

As the torchbearer of our strategic sales vision, your day-to-day will involve:
Spearheading our pursuit for new business avenues through cold outreach: 100-125 calls per day, with a keen eye on subscription services tailored for contractors.
Orchestrating the entire sales lifecycle, from the nuanced art of initial outreach to the grand finale of deal closure.
Leading with vigor, making strategic outbound engagements to illuminate Hearth's mission, and showcasing how our product revolutionizes contractor businesses.
Nurturing and expanding your pipeline with precision, and transform cold calls into lasting partnerships.
Shattering ceilings by not only meeting but exceeding sales quotas, contributing significantly to our overarching revenue aspirations.
Innovating sales methodologies to capture a broader spectrum of potential clientele.
Staying abreast of product evolutions, industry flux, and the competitive landscape to maintain and elevate our market stance.
Proven excellence with 3+ years in a high-caliber sales environment, preferably within a similar industry.
Mastery in navigating sales dialogues, pinpointing client needs, and steering conversations towards mutual growth.
An appetite for dynamic team collaboration within a fast-evolving startup atmosphere.

Compensation
At Hearth, we pride ourselves on an innovative and dynamic SaaS sales compensation model that blends a steady base salary with a highly motivating commission system. Our unique commission accelerator is tailored to substantially reward our exceptional performers who consistently exceed their targets. This approach has enabled our top sales representatives to earn upwards of $150,000 annually. The base pay for this role is $45,000.00 USD per year
