About the role

• We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain our Salesforce environment. This role is a great fit for someone who’s passionate about Salesforce, eager to learn, and looking to grow their career in system administration and business operations.
• As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support day-to-day operations in Salesforce. You’ll help with user setup, reports, dashboards, data management, and system improvements. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and grow your Salesforce skills over time.

What you'll do

• Assist with user setup, permissions, roles, and profiles.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
• Support data quality initiatives, including imports/exports and data cleanup.
• Help configure Salesforce (fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules).
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve process efficiency.
• Help manage third-party integrations and apps within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide end-user support and answer “how-to” questions.
• Support end-user training, adoption, and documentation.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
