Fan Space Activation Associate

Location: hello82 NEW YORK Fan Space (Lower Manhattan Area)

Role will begin Remote and then move Full Time to our Lower Manhattan Fan Space

Work Hours: Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time

*WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Work with Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our NEW YORK Fan Space
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
• Organize assets for print in adobe creative suite
• Assist in planning and gathering necessary supplies for pop-up installations and production shoots.
• Prepare materials for fabrication, including drawing, painting, and sculpting.
• Perform assembly and installation tasks.
• Communications with vendors to ensure production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
• Experience in print design, film art departments, or visual merchandising.
• Prior work experience in a design or fabrication related field.
• High school diploma or higher
• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites
• Comfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
