Position: Customer Experience Associate

Location: hello82 LA | 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036


Work Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM


Job Overview:

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with exceptional writing and problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience. A love for K-Pop is preferred!

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via form requests on Gorgias
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer order issues
  • Keeping up with the commerce team and hello82.com’s updates, upcoming releases, etc
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Be able to come up with customer service solutions in a fast-paced industry
  • Communicate effectively with the CX team, internal departments, and 3PL partners, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding new releases and sensitive company information.
  • Generate reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • Up to 1 year of experience required
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • K-Pop Knowledge is preferred
  • Tech Savvy, comfortable using computers
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or Slack is a plus!
  • Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word) or Google Workplace (Docs, sheet, slides, etc)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Flexibility with schedule changes and overtime
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Flexible to work weekends when necessary
  • Fluency in Korean is preferred but not required
