About the role

Position: Production Intern

Location: On-site at hello82 LA office/retail space in Los Angeles (Fairfax area)

Work Hours: Between 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM PT

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of tasks relating to all forms of production on a daily basis
• Go on runs when items must be picked up or delivered
• Assist in administrative duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be labor-intensive
• Assist in defining the project scope and budget
• Communicate with external companies in order to maintain a good working relationship
• Follow up with other internal teams on project schedules and making sure everything is ready
• Perform other duties that may relate to production

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Korean language mandatory (minimum conversational Korean)
• Must have valid drivers license and willing to drive
• Experience working with Google Suites
• Basic understanding of video and other production technology not required, but preferred
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Highly organizational and able to prioritize deliverables, as well as multitask
• Good communication skills and customer oriented
• Ability to work both in a collaborative environment and also independently and monotonously
• Must be a team player
• Interest in K-pop / entertainment industry is welcome
• Business travel required
• Due to the nature of the business and work scope, must be willing to work weekends / holidays when required
