Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented, creative, experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, a strong design sensibility, and a deep understanding of K-Pop culture and visual trends. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to create visually impactful work across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative designs for various branding, marketing, and artist-related content.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, art direction, and production to ensure cohesive visuals aligned with the brand's vision.
- Create on-brand, visually compelling assets that meet both creative and production standards.
- Design for both digital and print platforms, including social media, promotional materials, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual consistency while adapting to the unique aesthetics of different K-Pop artists and projects.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills and versatility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Deep interest in and understanding of K-Pop culture and aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up with design trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take and apply feedback constructively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in album packaging or product/merchandise design.
- Korean language skills (preferred, but not required).
