About HelloHero
HelloHero is a national leader in school-based mental and behavioral health services, operating in 30 states since 2017. This role focuses specifically on our growing network of school district partners in Ohio.
We deliver comprehensive mental and behavioral health services to students and their families through both in-person and virtual care—tailored to age, clinical needs, and therapist preference.
We partner with schools because they are a critical gateway to reaching underserved children and their connected communities. By embedding care where students already are, we break down barriers to access and build trust with families that need it most.
Our patients present with a broad range of mental and behavioral health needs, from acute crises to chronic, long-term challenges. Services span multiple age groups and levels of severity, and we work closely with each clinician to build a caseload aligned with their experience, licensure, and clinical interests.
Our care is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team of licensed therapists, behavioral specialists, prescribers, and medical doctors. Through our three-pronged model—1:1 therapy, group sessions, and crisis intervention—we address the full continuum of student needs.
All services are designed for long-term impact and are billed to health insurance, including Medicaid. HelloHero is committed to ensuring equitable access to mental and behavioral health care by also providing no-cost services to uninsured students.
At HelloHero, we believe in aligning your values with a purpose. We foster a clinician-first culture, offering meaningful work, consistent caseloads, long-term roles, and a mission-driven team environment where you can thrive.
