Job Summary


Duties/Responsibilities: 


The Accountant I will be responsible for supporting the Finance and Accounting department by working within the SAP S4/Hana Revenue stream. Other responsibilities include:


·         Set up sale orders, billing plans, and billing documents.

·         Prepare revenue related entries in SAP.

·       Ensure all billing invoices are posted accurately in SAP.

·         Support and maintain aging AR reports.

·         Support the reconciliation of third party and intercompany receivable transactions.

·         Resolve and collect outstanding accounts receivable items.

·         Maintain supporting documents for year-end audits.

·         Administer Accounts Receivable email inbox and meet time sensitive deadlines.

·         Complete Ad hoc projects and or assignments as needed for Company.


Education and Experience:


·         Two- or four-year degree in accounting/finance, or equivalent experience.


Skills and Qualifications:


 ·         A high degree of accuracy with great attention to detail.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills.

·         Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures and data.

·         Basic understanding of accounting principles, especially intercompany accounting.

·         Understanding of multiple company structures.

·         Works collaboratively with other departments.


Working Conditions:


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.  Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
