About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design vision for our AI-powered products. You’ll work across the entire product lifecycle—consolidating multiple applications under one platform, adding new features to our existing portfolio, and designing new products from scratch. This role is crucial in shaping intuitive, user-centric experiences that simplify complex workflows to improve the lives of knowledge workers and enhance operational efficiency for enterprises with AI workers. You will be reporting to the Director of Product.  

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery and user research to prototyping and usability testing 
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to design seamless user experiences for web, desktop, and mobile applications  
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively 
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to refine and improve UX 
• Develop user personas, conducting and analyzing user research and usability tests  
• Establish and maintain design consistency across our products while ensuring usability 
• Advocate for customer needs and drive design solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in enterprise SaaS or B2B products that you have built from scratch  
• Experience designing AI-driven products with a strong user-centric approach 
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally 
• A proactive mindset—comfortable owning projects from ideation to execution 
• Deep empathy for users and the ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive designs
• An aptitude for rapid learning.
