Our company's mission goes beyond typical solutions; we delve deep into the nuances of business problems to create end-to-end (E2E) automation specifically tailored for the legal and financial sectors. Partnering with Fortune 500 companies, we've tested numerous hypotheses and now focus on leveraging domain-specific knowledge and advanced LLM and Agent technologies. Our projects include refining document analysis systems to enhance operational efficiency and developing AI assistants that identify and correct errors in financial documents. Our goal is not to create a one-size-fits-all AI copilot but to develop targeted solutions that accumulate expertise and reusable components within our platform. This strategy not only accelerates the onboarding of new clients but also effectively scales solutions, which is crucial in the highly competitive market of LLM systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop Specialized Solutions: Design, build, and deploy LLM-based solutions for diverse applications, including question-answering systems, search engines, content generation, and task-solving Agents
  • Enhance and Innovate: Keep our tech at the cutting edge by integrating the latest in LLM models, frameworks, and libraries
  • Collaborate on R&D: Work in a dynamic R&D team to explore new ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure our products lead the market.
  • Lead with Expertise: Use your deep AI knowledge to guide our team and partners in building even better solutions.

  • Practical LLM Engineer: You have a background in NLP/LLM technologies (e.g., GPT-3/4, Llama, BERT, tc) and are skilled in NLP frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch). Experience with LLM tools for pipelines - LangChain (Semantic Kernel, Haystack or LiteLLM) and advanced RAG pipelines (LlamaIndex)
  • Solid developer: You’re great at Python3 and solving complex issues with algorithms and software design patterns. Familiar with best practices in software development, including version control, testing, and continuous integration
  • AI Enthusiast: You're driven by challenges and excited about using AI to transform different industries.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Mastery in crafting diverse prompts to tackle a variety of challenges effectively.
