Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Outbound Virtual Sales Representative to help drive new business opportunities for a fast-growing digital solutions provider. This role focuses on cold outreach, lead nurturing, and appointment setting with potential clients who are looking to improve their online presence and grow their business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident on the phone, and experienced in outbound sales within a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“ž Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to qualified prospects.
  • Communicate the value of digital solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Schedule discovery calls or consultations with the internal sales team.
  • Follow up on prior outreach to drive interest and improve conversion rates.

๐Ÿง  CRM & Lead Management

  • Track all outreach activities and lead engagement in the CRM.
  • Keep detailed records of contact outcomes, next steps, and lead status.
  • Prioritize leads based on potential fit and responsiveness.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Sales Strategy & Optimization

  • Share feedback on outreach scripts, messaging, and campaign results.
  • Assist in refining lead generation workflows and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with service offerings.

  • Hit weekly/monthly goals for outreach volume, response rates, and booked appointments.
  • Continuously improve personal performance based on metrics and coaching.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales or operations team.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to exceed goals.
