We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Inbound/Outbound Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is a critical part of our mission to scale from $3 million to $10 million in revenue. As a "Swiss Tool" in our organization, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support across sales, operations, and administration, handling a variable and fast-paced workload.
Core Responsibilities
1. Inbound Sales & Estimating
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with inquiries.
- Quote Generation: Utilize Google Earth to measure yard sizes, input data into our price schedules, and produce accurate proposals for customers.
- Payment Processing: Log and manage payments through QuickBooks, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and sales data within RealGreen CRM.
2. Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting
- Commercial Growth: Actively set appointments for outside sales representatives focusing on commercial accounts.
- Commission Opportunity: While inbound sales are non-commissioned, this role offers commissions for closed commercial deals resulting from your appointment setting.
3. Executive Operations & Admin Support
- Departmental Assistance: Provide executive-level assistance across Sales, Operations, and Administration departments.
- Resourcefulness: Demonstrate extreme resourcefulness in solving operational challenges, such as navigating seasonal supply shortages (e.g., finding salt for snow removal).
- Process Improvement: Assist in teaching the business about productivity and helping to onboard new internal processes.
- Flexible Support: Maintain a high level of performance even when the workload is variable or overloaded, adapting to daily operations that change every day.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Communication: Must have a neutral accent suitable for professional customer interaction.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level use of Google Workspace, Google Earth, and QuickBooks.
- CRM Experience: Prior experience with RealGreen or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- Location: This position is open to candidates in LatAm.
