Local SEO Specialist (Remote)
Are you passionate about helping local businesses grow through better visibility in search engines? Do you have experience optimizing for local search results like Google Maps, Bing Maps, and Apple Maps? Are you comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline your work? Responsibilities

As a Local SEO Specialist, you will help our client increase their visibility in local search results across various platforms, including Google Maps, Bing Maps, and Apple Maps.

• Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) with accurate information and regular updates
• Implement on-page SEO strategies for local search optimization
• Execute off-page SEO tactics like link-building and guest posting
• Manage local citations to ensure accurate NAP consistency
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for rankings improvement
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using industry tools
• Implement and track GBP posts, Q&A, and customer reviews
• Troubleshoot GBP issues like suspensions and duplicate listings
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO trends

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record
• Expertise in Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization
• Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, including citations
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix is a plus
• Self-motivated and proactive in a remote work environment
