We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Operational Administrator for a part-time position (5–10 hours per week). This role is designed for a professional who can manage core financial workflows and provide analytical support to ensure operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Financial Support: Execute daily bookkeeping and general financial assisting using QuickBooks.
- Accounts Management: Oversee and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Data & Expense Management: Handle all expense filing and manual data entry with high accuracy.
- Operational Analytics: Perform general administrative tasks alongside operational finance and analytic work to support business insights.
- Specialized Billing: Manage or assist with AIA Payment forms (highly preferred).
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
- Financial Literacy: General understanding of operational finance and administrative workflows.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and expense filing is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience with AIA billing or construction-related financial forms is a significant plus.
